Data Ontology & Integration
We design a working business ontology that everyone can actually use—Orders, Patients, Batches, Parts, Resources, and the relationships that tie them together. Ambiguous fields and duplicate IDs are replaced with explicit definitions and resolution rules. We then expose secure, query-ready data products so analysts and operators stop debating column meanings and start improving outcomes. The effect is immediate: cleaner joins, reliable KPIs, and a common vocabulary across IT, OT, and business teams.

Multi-Agent POC: Diagnose → Decide → Do
Analytics without execution stalls value. Our POC introduces a focused multi-agent loop: an Orchestrator interprets a plain-English request; an Ontology agent maps terms to your objects and actions; a Resolve agent unifies entities across systems; an Analysis agent explains the “why,” not only the “what”; and an Ops agent triggers governed write-backs—creating a ticket, expediting a shipment, replanning inventory, or notifying a care team—while a Policy layer enforces roles, masks PII, and logs the decision. In a short sprint, teams see how conversation becomes change.

Palantir × SAP Bridge (plus D2O/MBE/SDM)
Palantir is excellent at modeling reality; SAP runs it. We deliver the bridge between them with opinionated read/write patterns, transaction guards, and “action adapters” that translate intents into safe ERP/MES updates. On top of this, we guide Design-to-Operate, Model-Based Enterprise, and Software-Defined Manufacturing practices so engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service share a continuous digital thread. When analysis says “act,” the system actually acts—traceably and reversibly.

How We Deliver (Palantir × SAP approach)

We work in time-boxed steps. In Assess (2 weeks), we map your objects/links/actions, surface the top three use cases with value hypotheses, and draft guardrails for writes. In Pilot (4–6 weeks), one live flow is taken end-to-end: exception detection, root-cause explanation, and a governed ERP/MES update with rollbacks and decision capture. In Scale (one quarter), we add actions and playbooks, expand entities, and harden governance so the loop runs reliably across teams and time zones. Throughout, we adhere to enterprise controls—role-based access, change management, and audit logging—and for healthcare contexts we design with FDA/ISO/HIPAA in mind, using synthetic or de-identified data until production approvals are in place.
